A1. We accept all payments through PayPal. You can pay easily and securely whether you have a Paypal account or not. Please hover over the image below to see instructions of how to pay using your debit card, credit card or PayPal.
A2. Boxed canvases from Taylor Made Framing are digitally printed onto high quality 380 gsm fine art canvas.
A3. Epson Ultra Chrome K3 inks are used which unsure us that your images will last for up to 75 years. Some companies use "Epson compatible" inks. We prefer to trust and use the best so there is no doubt of the quality of your final piece.
A4. Don't worry! All our canvases come ready to hang on a hanger which allows the canvas to hang safely and flat against the wall. Hover over the image below to see a closeup.
A5. Currently, we only deliver to the UK. But if you live outside the UK, we are more than happy to discuss additional delivery charges so that you get the exact product you want.
A6. Yes really! As long as you spend £50 or more on this site and you live within our delivery areas that qualify then delivery is absolutely free. Please see the terms & conditions page for full details and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional queries.
A7. Whilst we can never fully guarantee safe delivery of your goods, we will endeavor to try our hardest to ensure you receive what you ordered in pristine condition. We only use recorded delivery and recommend that you do the same when sending anything to us through the post. If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us quoting your ORDER NUMBER so we can resolve the issue with the couriers.
